ebs: central Action Role Group

Licence required: EBS4Action.

The roles in the ebs: central Action group control the tasks a user can undertake when marking a learner record as requiring actions on the Actions tab in the Learner Log when in the Learner Manager or Learner modules.

The roles available in the ebs: central Action group are described in the following table.

Role Allows users to...
Log Actions - Create

Create actions for a learner record and assign them to users on the Actions tab in the Learner Log.

Actions are displayed in the Actions List section on the Home screen for the relevant user and are removed when the action has been completed.
Log Actions - Delete Delete actions for a learner record on the Actions tab in the Learner Log. When you delete an action in the Learner Log, the action in the Actions List section on the Home screen is also removed.
Log Actions - Read View actions for a learner record on the Actions tab in the Learner Log (read only).
Log Actions - Update Update actions for a learner record on the Actions tab in the Learner Log (that is: mark an action as complete or needing attention). When you update an action in the Learner Log, the corresponding action is added to or removed from the Actions List section on the Home screen.
